RetailCanvas Shipping Policy
Acceptable products:
RETAILCANVAS entertains the sale of ONLY Décor-related products and no other product category will be accepted. The products can be in the Home, Office or landscaping markets and no construction material shall be accepted on the portal.
We facilitate delivery of packages through our shipping partners who we may add/change from time to time in order to give better service to both sellers and customers.
Sellers cannot communicate directly with the customers in any manner. All communication will be through the RETAILCANVAS portal. RETAILCANVAS will designate appropriate courier partners according to the delivery destination and best prices at the time.
Seller shall pack the product to required safety-standards to ensure that the product is not damaged in transit. All damages on this account shall be borne by the seller.
Delivery note shall be printed by the Seller and pasted on to the Product Packaging. Invoice will be sent directly to the customer by RetailCanvas. All orders will be shipped within 4-5 working days from the date or receipt of confirmed order.
The delivery partner will collect the package from the seller’s pick-up location and deliver to the buyer. Delivery charges will be over and above the retail price mentioned on the platform which will be automatically picked up by the shipping partners platform based on Pin codes of seller and buyer locations. This delivery charge will be shared between RetailCanvas and the Seller on a 50-50 basis.
