Product Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns. Our products are sourced from individual artisans, who ensure robust
packaging for safe delivery. Many items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced. However, if you
receive a damaged item, we will issue a refund, provided you submit adequate proof in the form of
pictures via writing an email immediately upon receipt of the product.
Incase of damage due to mishandling by the courier partners RetailCanvas shall not be held accountable.
